PROJECT MANAGEMENT

EP+R follows a four-phased project management process based on the Project Management Institute's Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).  These phases are Planning, Implementation, and Closeout. This disciplined approach allows us to maintain a strong customer focus that maximizes customer value, while controlling project scope and ensuring consistent high-quality deliverables.

EP+R's use of PMBOK promotes successful delivery throughout all phases of the project.  We are trained and experienced in the use of quality project management tools and techniques.  Our training and experience, combined with sound instructional design skills, help ensure that project time lines and rigid quality standards are met.

EP+R consultants currently enjoy providing direct project management support to the Yale New Haven Health System, U.S., Northern Command (NORTHCOM) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
